How do I choose the right size storage unit?

Consider the volume and type of items you need to store.  We offer a range of unit sizes, from outdoor parking bays to large units.  We can help you determine the right size based on what you plan to store.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

Some of our units have pin-code access, while others offer the ability for our customer to lock their own.  It's advisable to use a high-quality lock for additional security.

What can I store in a self-storage unit?

You can store a wide variety of items, including furniture, household goods, documents, vehicles, and seasonal items. However, hazardous materials, perishable goods, and illegal items are generally prohibited. Always check with us for specific restrictions.

Is insurance required for items in storage?

Goods held in self-storage remain the responsibility of the lessee (that’s you).  In other words, our insurance covering the complex does not cover individual items within individual units.  Insurance is not always required, but it's highly recommended.  We suggest that you check with your home or renters insurance provider to see if your policy covers items in storage, or take out an additional policy.
